The database Mammografiscreening (Mammografy Screening) electronically registers the positive examinations of mammography screenings.

The system has been implemented in 1996, shortly after the mammography screening programme was started in the County of Funen, and has been extended and enhanced several times. The database contains about 10.000 positive screenings as well as interval cancers. The programme has been extended to the Southern Region of Denmark. Data from this database is fed into the National Clinical Mammography Database.

The database is based on LDB Desktop version 8.
