Case: National Allergy Research Center
I would recommend Langtved Data Ltd. as a partner for a similar project.“It is the best recommendation that I can give”, says Martin Borg Lauritzen- previously responsible for Allergen database at National Allergy Research Center, Gentofte hospital.
Ever since we started,
there has been a good understanding of our requirement that
the
database should develop gradually as
more GP specialists or departments show
an interest.
The tone between us has
from the beginning been warm and almost familiar. Langtved Data
are good at understanding our point of departure.
We have almost felt that the program has been adapted to us and
not the other way around.
The project has been running over a number of versions and it has been a process in its self to follow the changes and the development process. Now we have meetings once every 3 months where we make priorities for the changes and suggestions that we have regarding the development time and budget.
The National
Allergy Research Center maintains the updating of data from
GP specialists as
well as combining the data from its own attached departments. Odense
University Hospital is also connected with Allergen database and
undertakes the updating itself.
"There has been an
episode where I had a visit from Odense University Hospital. It
was clear that we did not quite use the completely same version
since my guest could not run the same reports, from his place. Langtved
Data handled the situation quickly and professionally and all
parties are now aware of the changes to different
versions that have taken place. We, at the
National Allergy
Research Center, can see that they are working. There are many
facets in a development process of a clinical database but we
have been glad for the cooperation with Langtved Data”, says
Martion Borg Lauritzen.
“There has been a good
professional dialog which has given us a good impression of
Langtved Data as a strategic and professional partner”
